Refund Policy

At DDBoost, we strive to deliver our services with speed, accuracy, and reliability. Due to the nature of digital services such as airtime top-ups, data purchases, social media engagements, utility payments, and virtual numbers, all successful transactions are considered final and non-refundable.

1. No Refund on Successfully Delivered Services

Once a service has been successfully processed and delivered (e.g., airtime or data credited, virtual number generated (and SMS received), or social media order fulfilled), it is non-refundable. Please verify all details (such as links, usernames, and service packages) carefully before placing an order.

If you are charged more than once for the same transaction, please notify us immediately. We will investigate and, if valid, issue a refund for the duplicate payment from the originating source or to your DDBoost wallet.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that are found to be fraudulent, abusive, or intended to exploit our system.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue is considered a breach of this policy and may result in account suspension. Please contact support for resolution before escalating through a payment processor.
