Welcome to DDBoost. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website/app, products, and services. By using DDBoost, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.

1. Use of Service

You agree to use this service in compliance with Nigerian law and all applicable regulations. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal consent from a parent or guardian.

We offer services including but not limited to:

• Social media marketing tools (e.g., likes, comments, views)

• Airtime and data top-up

• Cable TV subscriptions

• Virtual number provisioning (SMS Verification)

• Utility bill payments

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

DDBoost is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments are final. No refunds are issued except under rare circumstances at our sole discretion. Any false chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension.

Refunds are only made back to your wallet if services ordered are cancelled or failed.

Virtual Number Purchases: DDBoost provides virtual numbers solely for the purpose of SMS-based verification. Once a verification code has been successfully delivered to the user, the transaction is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for how the number is used, the outcome of verification, or any consequences such as account bans, suspensions, or access restrictions imposed by third-party platforms. No refunds will be issued once the code has been received, regardless of the outcome on the target platform.

4. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content (e.g., usernames, messages, referral links) you submit or display. You must not:

• Infringe on any third-party intellectual property

• Post offensive, misleading, or illegal content

• Impersonate other individuals or brands

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend users violating this clause.

5. Affiliate and Referral Program

We may offer referral or affiliate benefits. These are subject to change or cancellation at any time. Abuse of this program (e.g., self-referrals, fake users) is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of earnings and account closure without prior notice.

6. Bonus and Reward Disclaimer

Any bonuses, commissions, percentages, or other reward-based incentives offered for activities or tasks carried out on the DDBoost platform are non-contractual and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice, at the sole discretion of DDBoost.

7. Limitation of Liability

DDBoost makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, accuracy, reliability, or availability of its services. All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” You agree to use DDBoost at your own risk.
Under no circumstances shall DDBoost, its directors, partners, or affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or platform-related account issues.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time, without prior notice.

9. Legal Compliance

You agree not to use DDBoost for any illegal or fraudulent activities, including actions that violate Nigerian law or the policies of third-party platforms like social networks.

We cooperate with law enforcement and may share user data when legally compelled to do so.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DDBoost, its directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Nigerian courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance.
